Loyalty Membership - Choose Your Monthly Service

Membership in our medspa loyalty program cannot be combined with any other offers. This program holds no monetary value, and its services may not be combined or transferred. If you cancel your monthly service membership before the commitment period ends, you will be charged the equivalent of 3 months' service fee. Please note that monthly services do not roll over from month to month; however, the amount paid may be banked for future use on services. Other restrictions may apply—please see a staff member for details. A no-show for your monthly member appointment will result in forfeiting that month's service. We reserve the right to cancel or modify memberships at any time. Members have the option to cancel appointments within 24 hours. If you fail to cancel within this timeframe, you will forfeit the monthly service. Additionally, payments not received by the 5th of the month will incur a $25 late fee.
